Summary: huge icons for attachments in kmail when mimetype icon
                    only exists as svg
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: bugzilla at kerridis.de

Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Kmail seems to use the smallest available icon size to display the icons for
mail attachements.

When the mimetype icon is only available in svg a 256x256 (?) sized icon is
displayed, when the icon is available in svg and 128x128 png a 128x128 icon is
displayed. Both is too large for both the top and the bottom of the mail.

Expected behaviour, at least from a user's point of view: kmail should always
show small attachement icons at the top of the mail (22x22?) and medium symbols
at the bottom of the mail (64x64?). If the mimetype icon is not available in
that size it should be scaled down to avoid messing up the layout and
readabilty of the mails.
