[Bug 201443] The application KMail (kmail) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV) while trying to add icons or applications to toolbar menu.

Several things:
- KDE 4.1 is too old, either upgrade to the latest stable version (4.2.4) or
report the issue to OpenSuse.
- The backtrace is useless without debug symbols. Please read

- Just pasting a backtrace without steps to reproduce the crash will make it
harder to find/fix.
