Yes, but they can't be easily added to a single message. Opening the
customization dialog to create a template, or add a custom field, then removing
it after composing a message, is tedious.

Use case: In-Reply-To when replying to a message in a mailing list archive on
the Web (sometimes, but not very often, you can download the message in RFC822
format, save it, and open it with KMail).
