Can you please check the MIME type of the problem MP3 attachment, via right
click - Properties.  Or, alternatively, attach a complete message which
demonstrates this problem to this bug report.

It is possible that the sending email system has specified the wrong MIME type
for the attachment, e.g. "application/octet-stream".  Dolphin tries harder to
detect the MIME type via file magic, but KMail doesn't.
