I like small icons.  Every time I log in, when I compose a new email, I need to
reset the icon size on kmail's message composer back to small.  I have tried
making this change and exiting the program (including all task tray icons) to
make sure this gets written to a/the config before I shutdown for the night.

No luck.

Expected results:  when choosing the icon size in kmail's composer, the next
time the software is run, the icon size should be remembered.

Actual results:  making said change is not retained by the software.  Icons
return to their "Default" size.
