The problem is as following. I use both Akregator and Kmail via Kontact. I like
to have them both in the system tray to be notified of new mail and new feeds.
However, if I have the kmail icon in my systray and Kontact is closed (so no
minimized window, only systray icons) I do not get the Kontact window back with
Akregator active when I click the Akregator icon. 

In fact, the icon does nothing, as when Kmail is active in Kontact, the app
does not switch to Akregator if I press the icon in the systray.

It would be convenient if Akregator pops up in any conditions when I click this
icon...

Note that it does work correctly when I start Akregator and Kmail seperately
instead of from Kontact, but I really like to use Kontact.
