Why is the bug tagged NEW? It dates back to 2nd of August 2004.
Why is the priority set to NOR? It's the third most highly voted bug of
Kmail/Kontact (after the freeze of the UI when checking mail and the IMAP IDLE
support).
Why is severity set to wishlist? It strips a reply from all formating and often
makes it unreadable. This bug is Major (major loss of function).
What are the chances of having this bug fixed in the foreseeable future? Is a
bugfix scheduled for KDE 4.2 or 4.3?
It would be nice to have - in 2009 - a linux replacement of Outlook 2000.
