It can't, forget. That's what this is about. You can only setup custom filters
to custom folders so you have them essentially under the main account's tree.
Completely bogus.
Oh, you could set up a local IMAP server and have fetched pop3 mail spooled to
that and then connect with KMail to the IMAP - if you really want to go with
"KMail+IMAP" which you probably don't.
