I've been able to reproduce it now (kmail 1.11.90 kde 4.2.62).

With IMAPs folders, when you press the next unread message,it changes from the
current folder to the next one with readed mails (as now I have not visited my
spam folder and it is ignored), but in the new folder it goes in the "last
selected message", not the "next unread message".
