As comment no.1 says, it has been possible to have separate destination folders
for ages. This has nothing to do with filtering.

I have been running a KMail setup with three POP3 accounts, each of them having
their own destination folder.
Since any folder can be associated with any of the available identities, "New
Mail" automatically selects the approriate settings for "From", transport to
use, etc.
