I am getting this as well. Kmail 1.11.0 (4.2.0), X.org 7.4, open source
"radeon" driver. It happens only when compositing (desktop effects) are turned
on. Turning them off and kmail works fine. Delay between keystrokes can be as
long as one second. Only Kmail seems to have this problem. It happens whether I
have spellcheck on or off.
