I guess this can be closed because fixed font view in this way isn't available
anymore in Kmail since KDE 3.5.7? (one version above the one contained in
Debian Etch), so it's invalid now. Follow-up is Bug 166922 because problem with
the printing font size still exists, i.e. got worse, now it's completely
ignored.
