Possibly the reason why "Mark Message" is repeated in the submenu actions is
because these strings also appear in the "Configure Shortcuts" list.  In that
list, having just "Read" would not clearly indicate which action was being
configured, and it would not distinguish between "Mark Message as Read" and
"Mark Thread as Read".

Maybe this bug should be assigned to kdelibs, to suggest having two strings
associated with each action: one which will appear in a menu, and the other
longer one to appear in the shortcut list or anywhere else where there is no
surrounding context.

Changing bug title to better reflect the issue.
