Unpack the tar.xz here somewhere into your KMail Mailbox tree (the top works
for me as well):

After I scroll the folder view, to a certain position (don't know which one)
KMail freezes and becomes completely unresponsive, and needs to be killed. I'll
soon put it in the URL as well.
