When trying to create (sub)folder Kmail tells me that I do not have the rights
to do so and that I should contact my systemadmin. Creating folders from kmail
worked before and just to be sure, I tried it with THunderbird and my webmail.
Both worked. It rather looks like Kmail does not even try to create the folder.
The message appears instantly.
