Hello,

This option will not be made available in the user interface.

This is only possible by editing the configuration file directly. See
http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/Configuration_Files#Shell_Expansion
and
http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/Configuration_Files#Lock_Down
