It simply adds a visual "frame" using "ASCII art" which can be used to
emphasize / mark sections within the message, eg. labels etc.

Selecting a range of text in an editor window and invoking "Add Box" (currently
called "Add Area" or "Add Range", it can be found in kNodes "Extra"-menu at the
moment.) adds this box around the selected text.
