What I was doing when the application crashed:
I can reproduce this issue very readily.  If I attempt to reply, reply all, or
forward an e-mail from our internal remedy ticketing system it will crash KMail
every time.  I can provide the e-mail directly but cannot provide it within the
bug tracker.
