The german translation now (KDE 4.3) holds the buttons as "Zeichen verlieren"
and "Kodierung Ã¤ndern" which much better suits an Action than the previous
text mentioned in the report.

Also, the title holds "Einige Zeichen werden verloren gehen"
which tells the user something bad will happen.
