Actually, I just got Kontact working and saw this message.

The problem was that some of my KDE/Qt packages were linked against the new
libjpeg.so.7 while some others were still using libjpeg.so.62 (I have both).
So, I recompiled any packages that were the old version and could be related to
Kontact, and now it all seems to work.

I guess this is not a bug, so you can close it.
