Hi,

when I want to print an email from KMail and set in the printer dialogue to
print only one page, it stills prints the entire email. 
I also would prefer other margin settings for printing emails, however, every
time I call up the print dialog, margin settings are set to the smallest amount
possible (in my case little more than 3 mm, or 0.1 in), even within one
session.
