When a html mail contains a table layout (and many newsletters use this
technique), kmail renders the table cells to high leading to (not so) funny
empty whitespace between background images.

I suppose there is a problem with the default cellspacing or cellpadding. Such
html code - when extracted from the mail - renders perfect in konqueror.
