If it's an IMAP account, please also tell us whether there are filters enabled.

- If it's online imap w/ filters: this bug is a duplicate of bug 95064
- If it's online imap without filters, that's likely a duplicate of bug 118074
- If it's the pop3 account, this may be a duplicate of bug 187070
