Really Really Really Really restore from old backup gone.  It only happens to
this folder and the folder is rarely used.  Has not happened since renaming
restored folder to "product_registrations" so it really looks like there is a
bug in kmail or a supporting package which is causing folders named
"registrations" to be nuked.
