Not sure if it's the problem but if I'm reading the capture file correctly the
mail does not conform to the RFC, it is not terminated by "CRLF.CRLF" but "CRLF
.CRLF".

Is there anything unique to these mails (transport wise)?

If this is the issue I'm not sure how KMail should be able to handle it.
