My mother needs the ability to print out a basic summary list of people from
her address book.  She needs one line for each person.  The print templates
available basically print out all the information on a person, and only a few
people fit on a page.  Her address book is 3,000 people and growing, so a
printout would take 1,000 pages.

Ideally, I'd like a set template that is easy to use, and provides a basic
summary with one line per contact.

In addition, a custom printing option where you can specify which fields to
print would be great.

A common use case for her is that on Windows with her old proprietary address
book, she would print out a group from her address book as a simple list. She
would have a series of tasks for that list, such as calling everyone on that
list. She could check people off that list with her printout.
