I've tried using two file resources (not akonadi).

- the resource list is not empty, but clicking on a resource simply close the
dialog. the address is not added to the addressbook and no confirmation dialog
appears

- if I press "cancel" on the resources list, the dialog is closed but no dialog
is opened to inform me that the address has been successfully added.

I'm using trunk r1005944.
