Broken address-book

I decided to give kontact a last chance and wanted to import lost addresses
from a csv file. So I looked which addresses still exists in kontact and
noticed that most of them are crap. The names are cut and the phone numbers are
wrong or even not valid and in the wrong field. Maybe this info helps to fix
this bug.
