Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

KMail does not display all the encodings that it used to during the new message
window. For example KWrite displays the Western European (ISO 8859-1) encoding
in its text editor, whereas KMail does not. How can I select ISO 8859-1 for my
outgoing messages?
