Change the Reply to templates to move cursor to the top as in:

%REM="Default reply all template"

%CURSOR

On %ODATEEN %OTIMELONGEN %OFROMNAME wrote:

But cursor no longer is positioned at the top before the quote.  It use to work
okay.
