I get this on kde 4.2.2. (or a related bug)

If I create a mailbox under INBOX on a Scalix server, the server moans.  I can
create folders anywhere else, but not under INBOX.

I cannot create INBOX/Action
I can create Action

I'm happy with that.

HOWEVER, now every time I send and receive kmail moans that it cannot continue
with INBOX/Action (continue or cancel.)  Cancel crashes kmail, and continue
means it'll happen again on send/receive.

I can't delete INBOX/Action in kmail either: it's back when I send/receive.

I've tried deleting the account, and re-creating it -- but it's back.

How do I get rid of it ???  Both the mailbox, and the attempt to create it?  

I've grep-ed for 'Action' in .kde/share/.../kmail/... and all subfolders.  If I
quit kmail, and delete .INBOX.directory/Action and .INBOX.directory/.Action.*
it keeps coming back.
