Thanks for the hint. But this doesn't seem to do want I want. It appears that
you have to set the value of the header in the configuration dialog. What I
would like and what would make sense here IMHO is to add a new field to the
mail composer, so that I can set it when writing a mail - without opening the
KMail configuration dialog beforehand.
