Thanks for reporting this bug. The version of KMail you're reporting on is
outdated now. The current version for Windows is supplied by kdab/Kolab and
available under:
https://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kontact_for_Windows_(beta-huge-debug)

The KDE on Windows project currently doesn't provide builds for the KDE Pim
module. I'm marking the bug as invalid because the project is currently
maintained outside of KDE. Please currently report any bugs KMail/Windows bugs
directly to the Kolab project.
