Very often I want to save an attachment, edit it and send it back

currently all attachments are opened in read only.

so it has 
either
* to be saved - opened in konqueror/dolphin - edited - saved - picked up from
kmail reply as attachment 
or
* opened in read only - "saved as" from the app - picked up from kmail reply as
attachment

Proposal:
add the following options to the RMB
* save and edit
* save, edit and reply 

the last one is probably difficult, but a daily task (at least for me)
