Full source of one of the mails from bugs.launchpad.net that get sorted
correctly

Attaching the source of a "good" mail as requested. I don't see any meaningful
pattern in the differences between good and bad ones, but I hope this helps.

I'm still using KMAil 1.9.9, and can't easily test with a newer version, ATM.
However, I expect to upgrade in a few weeks, and will try to remember to check
again, then. Should I forget to write back before mid May, please drop me
another request for testing before closing this bug. Thanks!
