Confirmed on KDE 4.2.2 (kubuntu) although different (worse) in that the
attachment is said to have been deleted, a message is shown in the message
window and in the attachment list in the header but the attachment is not
actually removed. Sending the message sends the attachment - note that the
deletion message does not appear to be sent.
