[Bug 167960] No password asked when gpg-agent not running

I have this:
$ ps aux | fgrep gpg
salvo    32249  0.0  0.0   3964   476 ?        Ss   22:09   0:00 gpg-agent
--daemon --pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt
salvo    32398  0.0  0.0   3928   464 ?        Ss   22:11   0:00 gpg-agent
--daemon --pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt

Anyway kmail say that i didn't insert any password. Well encrypting is easy.
Signing requires password..
