The problem is still there in KDE 4.2.2/KMail 1.11.2

I came across this bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=185796, which looked
similar to this problem, but it says it got fixed. 

But I am still seeing messages with the same subject in different threads !!

I am using Disconnected-IMAP. Any idea if refreshing the imap cache will help
or not ?
