A rare occurance when moving a message from a folder to another, I get a
message about "Move cancelled" for a short while in the status bar. The message
is gone from the current catalog and not present in the new location.

IMAP to a courier imap ssl server.

Stopping and starting kmail after the kio imap processes are gone and I can
move messages again (without them going missing).
