Some icons when selected in the menu column on the left of the screen (Summary,
Mail, Contacts, Calendar etc.) seems to shift the positioning of certain
elements of the window.

The icons in question are: Calendar and Feeds

It seems like the toolbar for each of the 2 icon selections above seem to show
up as larger than the rest of them. In turn this distorts the icon menu a
little. I feel it would be good if when they are both selected that the icon
menu stays put like the rest of them do when they are selected probably by
shortening the toolbar height by default a little.
