I think this would be nice, it would also be useful for many other kde apps.
For example, I have a umbrello file which I would like to share with some other
people using windows only. Having a portable version of umbrello would make
that much easier (I could just give them the file and umbrello on a usb stick).
Also with konqueror (for web site testing).
