[Bug 172049] KMail crashes during creating new email message

I know where is problem. In new message If I set up spellchecker to czech
language kmail doesn't crash after clicking into message's body. But if I close
the "new message" window and click on new message again and go to settings of
spellchecker I find that language is set to bulgarian. I can choose any
language but language is not saved. After click again on new message
spellchecker is again set to bulgarian language. 
In global settings I have set spellchecker to czech language not bulgarian. I
don't have installed bulgarian language for aspell.
