Just updating, this bug still occurs when upgrading to kdepim4 in KDE 4.1.3.
However, this time I didn't lose the out accounts, but just the in accounts
(POP3 and local).
Dictionaries of all identities were set to English (Australia).
However, the sender identity for folders were not lost this time.
Unfortunately, I didn't remember to run manually the upgrade scripts before
recreating all in accounts and restoring the dictionary settings for
identities. :(
