Actions:
- booting Kubuntu
- starting Kontact

Result
- main Kontact window of Kontact and login window BOTH do not have the title
bar;
- repositionin is therefore not posssible;
- text entry - password etc. - is not possible
- closing Kontact is ony possible via menu, this then gives SIGSEGV11 message
- this also effects all following started appliations; i.e no title bar, no
text entry
- this is an intermittent occurrence which happens 1 in 10 starts
- only solution so far is to reboot
