I can still reproduce this using trunk r887937.

I did the following to reproduce:
1) Create a small loop device barely big enough to fit my cyrus mailspool
2) Move the mailspool into the loop device and use dd to fill it completely
3) Get mails using my dIMAP account
=> Apparently KMail deletes the message and fails on reuploading it. I'm not
sure how/if the cyrus imapd is involved in making it fail.
