I'm going to throw my comment in the ring.

One thing I'd really like to see is - not only the ability to reply to html
email inline without throwing all the HTML codes around - the ability to switch
between html, plaintext and rich text on the fly in an email session.  I'll
attach a screen of Outlook 2003, which I use at work (along with Evolution)
that does allow for HTML > Plain Text > Rich Text switching on the fly.
