SVN commit 803951 by tmcguire:

Some more porting to KDE4:

- Use QHostInfo instead of KNetwork
- Q3Accel->KAction
- many QAction->KAction, so the default shortcut appears correct
  again in the configure shortcuts dialog

The port of Q3Accel to KAction has the side effect that the shortcut
to scroll the message up/down can now be configured.
