Same as #117236: I think this is a duplicate of bug 127526, not 109532 because bug 127526, bug 117236 and bug 118723 all contain something like:

Content-Type: Multipart/Alternative; 
   charset="iso-8859-1" 

, which is broken because "boundary=..." is missing.
