[Bug 164651] some base64 encoded emails are shown with binary crap at the end

The mail is not a vaild MIME message.
This seems to be a bug in the mailing list software, which adds unsubscribe information to the mail in plain text, even though the mail body is encoded in base64.

The mailing list software should add a new body part instead, or respect the encoding.
