Test case
---------
add a dimap account Local (imap)
Right-click -> refresh cache
 
add gmail dimap account GMail (imap.gmail.com)
Right-click -> refresh cache

Problem:
-------
first dimap account name changes into "GMail" and folders to gmail's.
restarting change first account folder name back to Local but subfolders stay gmail's
